The Brief
NY Models required a cohesive set of beauty-forward images capable of positioning Alencia within the skincare category, a segment where casting decisions hinge on skin presence, product compatibility, and a photographer's ability to make active formulas feel genuinely aspirational.
The Approach
We partnered with Balea and GlamGlow to shoot real products directly on skin: masks, textures and active ingredients treated as design elements rather than props. Make-up by Anastasia Misko was kept deliberately restrained, letting skin quality and product texture carry the frame.
Post-Production
Retouching preserved natural skin character while elevating the finish to campaign grade. Colour grading reinforced each product's palette: cool clay blues, warm gold powders, electric pinks, without overriding the authenticity of the original capture.

Application
Three dots of serum placed with surgical intent. The lip patch reads as armour: protective, considered, intensely present. The eyes hold the frame.

Controlled
Chaos
Two formulas, one frame. Circular cream application orbits the eye while expression does the rest. Restraint and excess in the same shot.

Playful
Precision
A deliberately maximalist look within a controlled frame. Colour, sprinkles, brush stroke; the joyfulness is intentional. A range this bold demands a subject who can hold it.

Ingredient and formula flat-lays, shot as companion content for both brand partnerships.




Portfolio Placement
All five images entered Alencia's active portfolio immediately following delivery. The work has since been used in direct submissions to skincare and beauty brand briefs, fulfilling NY Models' original objective of establishing credible category presence.
Brand Collaboration
Balea and GlamGlow product integration gave the images commercial authenticity beyond a standard test shoot. Both brands' formulas were treated as visual protagonists rather than supporting elements, a distinction that reads clearly in the final frames.
